My 9 year old son was home from school today as he wasn't well. What truly amazed me was he took himself off to my bedroom and put a Doreen Virtue Chakra Balancing audio CD on. After half an hour he came out and said "I feel much better now mum" Kids definitely learn by example. Jingle bells.
