Has anyone sucessfully gone from a "go into work" job to working at home 40 hours/week without starting your own business?  Did you take a big paycut?  Thanks!

guilt

I only see my daughter 2 hours a day due to travel to and from work, plus work.  I dream of working from home, but don't have the type of job that lends itself to that.  How do you deal with only seeing your kid(s) a few hours a day?  I feel like I am missing so much and I am not there…
