energy level

Having a hard time staying energized in the evening. Perhaps it has to do with running around all day long. I need to pace my day better so that I can have more energy later in the day.

Today was packed with unusual stuff for me... Started out with getting a flu shot - my first shot ever - I was told by a doctor that pregnant women should do these shots. I usually try to avoid meds like that but since Dr really recommended i do it, I did it! Also made it to my friend's briss - lovely…

I can't believe it's still so hot out. I really want the weather to change. It's not easy to be pregnant in this heat! It doesn't seem like the weather is going to turn any time soon.....
