My favourite family weekend activity? Just being

I don't have a favourite family weekend activity, if by that you mean going someplace in particular, or doing something specific. What I most enjoy about weekends is the time to just "be" with my husband and teenage kids. My favourite "family activity" is probably simply when we're all four in the living room together. Perhaps one or two of us are reading, and someone's doing homework but the conversation still flows around the room, and I just bask in a) how much I LIKE everyone in the room, b) how comfortable we all are, just spending time together and c) how grateful I am that we all genuinely enjoy being in each other's company and talking.
