I didn't think this week would end.  I forgot how the week after a very short work week goes on forever.  Today, for me, is going sooooo sllloooowwwww.  But it's been a great week with my being productive for work, getting the rest of the holiday shopping almost wrapped up and I'm even taking note of one of the things I read on one of these blogs somewhere about a green wallet.  I'm on the hunt but didn't find one today.

Next Saturday I turn 33.  I'm so giddy.  All my life, for whatever reason, I've been looking forward to this year (subconcously probably has to do with Larry Bird, #33, because I'm that into basketball that it seeps into everything).  I know this is going to be my year and it's already heading in the right direction.  I'm very excited about writing down my intentions for the year.  About setting the intentions and then working toward them.   About achieving these intentions.  This will be my year.

On Tuesday Hubby took me out and bought me my birthday gift - a Nikon d80.  Over three days I've taken a ton of photos and I spent many hours last night combing through and getting rid of the bad ones.  I compiled some of the good ones and remembered that Picassa isn't just for my computer anymore but that I could post my photos and share them with family and friends online. And once again the www makes my life easier and more fun.  Except I was reminded earlier today that I spend a lot of time on the computer when my toddler yelled, upon seeing our mail carrier, "the email is here, Mummy.  I hope there is email for me!"
