Busy WAHM Cardio Workout

I don't know about you but as a busy WAHM I don't have time for long cardio sessions on the treadmill, long commutes to the gym, or 90 minute yoga or Zumba classes.

I have a son, 3 websites to run, personal training clients to train, and a bootcamp that runs about 1/2 the year.  I don't outsource much which means I film and edit all my own workout videos, write all my own content, hand code everything on my sites, send out 3 newsletters every week, the list goes on and on.

On weekends my life is even more crazy.  My boyfriends 3 daughters live with us and that's when I usually catch up on housework, help with school projects, get to my aerial dance class, and try to do fun things with the kids at the park. 

I'm insanely busy so a 60-90 minutes cardio workout is out of the question which is a good thing because they're not very effective for fatloss anyway.  Here's how I get my cardio workout on 3-4 times a week.

lateral resisted hops 20 sec. work 10 sec. rest

modified dive bombers 20 sec. work 10 sec. rest

medicine ball slams 20 sec. work 10 sec. rest

jumping jacks 20 sec. work 10 sec. rest

No rest then repeat.  After two rounds of this rest for a minute and repeat the whole thing again.
