Fun Fitness Tip for Busy WAHM

I really love being a fitness therapist/bootcamp trainer/wahm mom.  I get a lot of satisfaction from helping people reach their fitness and fatloss goals but as you can imagine my entire life revolves around fitness and sometimes it all starts to look and sound the same and I start to lose my focus and motivation.

If this has happened to you and you find that traditional exercise like weights, cardio or yoga isn't helping one thing you can do is get a fun active hobby that's totally out of your comfort zone like rock climbing, cycling with a team, planting an organic veggie garden, trying an aerial dance class, etc.

Not only will this help you burn calories and lose fat it will also relax your mind and allow you to recharge without feeling like you're working on yet another project, your body.

This past winter my boyfriend and I planted an organic veggie garden and that was really fun and then a month later I started taking aerial dance classes which gave me a completely different perspective on fitness. 

Check out my aerial dance video to see how much fun this is.  You don't have to do what I did but taking up a physical hobby that takes you out of your daily routine will help you in more ways than you can imagine and it's a really fun way to burn calories and lose fat too.
