Yeah, I just read my last post here.  You know, the funny thing with that whole thing is that the guy who asked me to do articles never followed up with me.  He wrote that it would take at least 6 to 9 months ago..and that was roughly (gee) 6 months ago....so I never did any articles for him.

 

In the meantime, with all my networking online, I DID get to do some blogging interviews for Re-enacting for http://www.thereenactor.com (do check them out sometime) and at this moment in time, I know I am not being paid for them, but he did inform me that after some hits to the site (already in a short time at 138 hits last I checked) that with some ad revenue that I will be paid (40% of ad revenue) BUT then I find out he also wrote to someone else (that I had already interviewed for a Viking Troupe) and now he wants her to write too....in the meantime, she wrote to me asking if I could help her do some writing (which by the way IS a big compliment, but still)....I just wrote a comment on Lylah's blog to ask her opinion on what I need to do here.

I did get together with some College friends (some I had not seen in 20 -ahem- years) and told them what I was doing these days.  It's interesting to see what these people are now doing and see what they look like.

That's my update for now (more coming I'm sure).  Sorry it's been a while since I've posted here.  I am on so many sites, it's not funny.
