What was the last thing that you did just for yourself?

Just 30 minutes ago i finally took time out to do some... YOGA. Wow it felt good. The kids (all 3 of them) were in bed and settled by 8.15 and I thought right, this is it, the next half an hour is for me. Every day i wake up with the hope of finding time to fit it in, but as usual all of the other demands on my time get in the way and push it to the bottom of the list. Not tonight. Nothing too strenuous. A few fabulous stretches, some slow controlled breathing and clearing my mind. I am renewed!
