   I had a very close Uncle pass away about 2 years ago and the song Live Like You Were Dying was his theme song.  We all sat at his funeral and sang the song together...it was a moment I will cherish and remember forever.

   As I sat tonight, with my best friend, my mom, who is struggling and battling cancer...knowing that her days are numbered...we just enjoyed each other and watched one of our favorite shows 'America Idol' and tried to be as normal as we could.  Oh how I love her and am going to miss her...and the theme song live like you were dying came back to me.  That is exactly what my mom has done for years....she is a favorite everywhere she goes....and she is a favorite to me.  God truely Blessed me when he gave me her....and I am so glad that I know she will be with him...but it is still so hard to imagine my life and especially my kids lives without her.  My mom is an legend and an inspiration to everyone she comes and has come in contact with....so remember Live Like You Were Dying.
