1. I am not only a professional career woman (PR/marketing) by day, I'm also a firefighter in my second life. (Yes, I love it. Yes, it is difficult to balance all of this with family right now, but I keep telling myself I will appreciate holding it all together once my Little Dude is older.)

2. I wish I could go part-time with my professional day career, so I would have more time to be mom and to take care of our house. (Could you resist this face?)

3. I use my blog as therapy, at times, as well as to update my family on what is going on in our lives, and highly suggest this activity for other moms. I find it leads to interesting conversations, yet saves time on some of the details, when you know you will be retelling a story over and over otherwise.
