this question always baffles me... i think if i did only have lunch with anyone too over-the-top i wouldnt even be able to pay attention, eat, or enjoy it!  and then whats the point? 

realistically - i think i would much rather have lunch with my out of town friends, my friend mandy as we have never actually had lunch and i think it would be awesome!  My friend in GA who i have known since elementary school and get to see maybe once a year, my sister in law, my highschool friend in WI, my college roomie and another friend in NC... the list goes on!  amazing how people scatter the country... sometimes email, IM, and the phone just isnt enough!  lunch would be nice :)  a long lunch, with drinks!  can't we just have dinner? :)
