Hi Lylah-

This was a no-brainer for me. We lived in Santa Barbara for 5 years prior to moving to North Carolina and I miss everything about it. It truly is a little piece of paradise right here in the U.S. Second place would be somewhere like Australia or Singapore. Fun topic!
