The #1 political/social issue? Whoa.

Okay, I'm sure many who read this week's Notes Theme are going to react in a similar fashion: how can someone pick one issue to be paramount?  Whew, that's a toughie.  So many are up there for me: education, health care, poverty, international relations (incl war), other domestic issues....  But okay, if I have to pick one, for me it's the environment.  I feel as though, what's the point of anything if we don't have a planet that can sustain all forms of life on it.  My two cents!   - Paula.
