A habit I would like to break...

If I could kick one habit that is driving me crazy right now, it would be to stop falling asleep on the couch in the evenings after dinner. I'm in the nasty cycle where I get home, go work out or make dinner depending on the day, watch some tv while playing with my daughter, and then before I know it, I'm fast asleep on the couch. My daughter is just over 3 months old, so she is still getting me up in the middle of the night and it's really starting to wear on me. I have been back at work for 5 weeks, and it's all I can do to stay awake. I feel like I'm missing some valuable time with my family by doing this, but I can't seem to get enough sleep at night to prevent it from happening.
