If I could kick one habit, what would it be?
I would kick the habit of hitting the snooze button in the mornings. I used to be able to get up early and spend time getting things done and have some quiet time to myself, but now I hit snooze until the last second. As soon as I get up I regret wasting the last hour in bed and I vow to get up earlier the next day, but I have not been able to do it. I quit biting my finger nails & I quit smoking so you would think this would be easy!
