I feel you pain!
This recently happened to us and $200 later all was fine.
Just glad that our xmas pics were saved, since hubby didnt back them up on a portable drive.
How insane that new computers have this happen!
I wish I knew more about computers to fix my own issues!! But I seriously have no interest !
