In order to take care of the gallbladder you must know the right gallbladder diets. Take the healthy foods to avoid such gallbladder problems and the pain caused by the gallstones or gallbladder attacks.

If you eat food that has too much cholesterol level, there would be too much cholesterol in your digestive system more than what you need. The excess cholesterol can cause inflammation and swelling on your gallbladder. If this happen you will feel the pain and this is called the gallbladder attack. Another cause of too much cholesterol is the hardening of the bile substances and becomes the gallstone. The gallstones can be as tiny as the pebbles and can be as big as the golf ball. Whatever the size of these gallstones for sure you wouldn’t want your gallbladder to have that.

Having a healthy gallbladder diet is one of the best ways to avoid gallbladder attack, gallstones and other gallbladder diseases. The advantage of this diet is not just good for your gallbladder but also for the whole body like your heart, your colon, your liver and other important organs.

Foods to Eat: The right food to eat for your diet is a healthy combination of vegetables, grains and fruits. Most of the cholesterol you get is from the animal fats that you eat but this group has none. Vegetables and fruits that are rich in fiber are most like good for your diet. If you want to eat meat make sure to trim or cut the fat off the meat if you can. You can use low fat dairy products like low fat milk or skim milk, yoghurt and low fat cheese. Instead of meat you can eat more fish that is rich in omega-3 of you can also take fish oil.

Foods to Avoid: One of the big NO food to eat is from any fast food chains especially the fried foods. Also the processed foods like cheese and meat should also be avoided or atleast minimize. You need to limit the meat you eat and as mentioned earlier trim off the fats as much as possible. Any fried foods that has been cooked in regular oils has a lot cholesterol.

Eat a good combination of salad and use olive oil and vinegar for dressing. Some nutritionist would recommend apple cider vinegar. Also limit the intake of carbonated drinks because sometimes they make gallstone movements and it definitely hurts. Avoid larger meals before going to bed. In this way you can avoid gallbladder disorder. Just follow the list of foods to eat and avoid the foods with high cholesterol.
