Sanity and Satisfaction

I decided to start my own business because I was not completely satisfied being a stay at home mom.  I enjoyed time with my daughter, but needed something else to focus on.  By starting my own business I could stay involved with the nutrition world and maintain my sanity while raising a soon-to-be 2 year-old!
