I had two miscarrages in my teen years so until my now 7mo old daughter, when people asked me if I had kids I said no. But when my grandparents heard about my experience, was the first time I actually acknowlledeged my loss. On mother's day when I was 20 my granddad came home with flowers for my grandmother & a card for me. I also got a small potted tea-rose bush. It was the most special thing anyone has ever done for me.
