The Senior Dining program offers a delicious, nutritious meal as well as opportunities for volunteering and connecting with others. If you're handy with a hammer or drill, volunteers are welcome for the Home Safety Program. At the breakfast, the students heard from Pastor Calvin Duncan, who played basketball for Virginia Commonwealth University and later passed up a promising career in the NBA to join Athletes in Action, a Christian traveling team and sports ministry.
