Mommy Sox

I haven't had major swelling around my feet and ankles, but there has

been some. My doctor told me that it's normal as long as it isn't

painful and severe (which it hasn't been thank goodness), but I really

wished there was something I could do to keep the swelling at a minimum.

Well, a few weeks ago a lady in my prenatal yoga class told me about Mommy Sox.

They are socks that feature a unique design and special weave to help

reduce swelling and relieve the discomfort during and after pregnancy.

I ordered a black and a white pair, and they have worked wonders! They

not only kept the swelling at a minimum, they reduced it significantly!

On top of that, these socks provide great arch support, prevent

diaphoresis (excessive sweating), and they relieve stress that is put

upon the feet. They are so cozy and warm; sometimes I forget I'm even

wearing socks. Needless to say two pair weren't enough, and I've

ordered about 5 more pair.

Oh, and these socks aren't only for pregnant women. If you read the testimonials

on the Mommy Sox website, a lot of women who are on their feet all day

(like teachers and nurses) use these socks as well, and have had the

same results.

I know that not every product on the market works

the same for every woman, but if you're having a problem with swelling

in your feet and ankles, pregnant or not, then this is one product that

I highly recommend.
