These days it takes very little to make me giddy...

My husband just came home with a new iPod Nano for me. I have a ton of travel coming up and we decided that it might be time to invest in one of these. I know, I know -- now you know how totally un-hip and not with the times I am, but oh, it's so cute, and tiny, and light, and we're going to be friends.

The idea of now finding music, transferring music from CDs to my computer, etc is a bit overwhelming -- kind of like the idea of creating photo albums from my daughter's photos, something I've been planning to do for ages -- but I am going to motivate and do it.

 Ahh... it's the little things:)

  • Hmmm, there is this great podcast I know about & you should subscribe to it . . . . It's called "What Really Matters" on vickyandjen.com. It's about keeping life simple. A little birdie told me it's worth the download. ;-) Hee, Hee! P.S. You can subscribe to it through iTunes & leave a review.
:-) Enjoy your new toy!!! Vicky

  • I was also ridiculously delighted when I finally got an iPod. Welcome to this century, from one who understands. ;) Enjoy it!

  • Never thought I'd buy one, but whe I won a Nano for phonebanking for my union, I found it to be a pretty cool little gadget. I like to take it to work and keep the music in the background to keep my stress levels in line. I do have the advantage of Tweene, my 13 year old girl, who speaks fluent iPod. I let her know what Momma wants, and she whips up my playlist. Just haven't found time to do it myself. You will love it, though. My fave accessory has been the hokup in the glovebox that makes it play on my car stereo. Momma still rocks! :) Enjoy!
