Summer Solitude

I live in Florida in a community that is fairly seasonal so summertime is quiet. I like to walk and check out all the birds and wildlife. I am not sure if they are more active this time of year or I am just paying more attention. Either way, it's nice:-)

Now that you mention it, I have not seen the hummingbirds yet! I hope they arrive soon. Usually they like our orange tree blossoms:-)

Hey Lorrie. I'm in FL, too - in Tallahassee. Like you, I so enjoy checking out the birds. It's amazing what you can observe once you start paying attention. :) Got any hummingbirds in your garden yet?
