Today is a numb day..I think my brain starter died

today I can think of many ways to say not able to string together two cohesive, logical thoughts...numb as a chair; numb as a hake; numb as a pounded thumb; got into the stupid pills; the wheel is spinning, but the hamsters dead; all foam, no beer... but i cant fight my way out of this brain fog and finish the task at hand..yes, I'm staring at my monitor wiping drool off my chin...

try doing something physical - maybe a light workout or smth.... this could help to create a shift in energy for you :)

I did try the walk..it's such a beautiful day that I think being outside distracted me more! Fresh air does help though--send logical thoughts my way!

When I feel like this I try to give myself an hour off - go for a walk, read something unrelated to anything, organize something - doesn't always help, but it has worked.
