In Search of a Balanced Life

I'm making another go at interviewing babysitters/nannies. After letting the last nanny go for reasons worthy of a complete article, I tried to go it alone for a while but find myself too overwhelmed and stressed and feeling like my head is going to fall off. Time to get some help so I can be a better mommy, wife, homemaker, client, etc. This whole process is so daunting, though. Please, Universe, send me the most compatible person to help make my life easier and the lives of the girls fuller!!

It is difficult to find someone you will like-no one will take care of your baby like you will-I went thru the same issues-I worked at home for 10 years, took care of my daughter in between working-it totally exhausted me-if I had to do it over again I would get cameras to view what was going on at home-that way you know if the person is doing right by you.

Good luck Mandy with your search. I'm about to start this one myself.... It's very draining and I feel totally overwhelmed by the process... but getting help is key!
