Shopping Conversations

Hi All,
I went shopping in Vegas on Friday before going to the fabulous Grand Canyon. I would go into Aldo's (shoes) and make a verbal list aloud of course, of what shoes & colors my shoe collection needs. Then, I would pass other shops and say to myself, self you really don't need to go in there. Does anyone out there talk to themselves and answer as well? I must be the only one out there that does it. It's really similar to making a grocery list before going to the store. It helps me to stay on task. Verbally making a list and checking it is how I stay focused and remain on task. Needless to say, the moral of the story is that you do what you have to do to accomplish your goals. It doesn't matter if others stare at you or make rude comments because they're not in your space. I will continue to make my verbal lists aloud. Headed to Phoenix tomorrow. Talk soon.
