Hectic day

Very hectic day today - but i'm very proud of spending the entire day getting organized and set up for my future child. Shopping is so hard - I'm a new mom to be and really have no idea what to get, what brands are good, what's really needed, etc, etc. My friends have been very helpful and I'm grateful for that!

I have to second Mandy on the sling idea. We don't leave home without ours. I love love love it!

Mandy - would love to see a pic of that sling - sounds so fun! Thanks for your kind wishes, we are very excited as well and this community certainly makes things easier!

Ugh, I remember that feeling then ending up with so many things I never needed! But it's all good. Fun to shop for those things; now I avoid BRU like the plague!! There are so many things and I've bet you've thought of them all. The one biggie I highly rec (because you didn't ask ;O) is a sling. Try them all, or as many as you can. I was never a bjorn woman but a plain old sling (new native carrier) is something I still use regularly and the baby is 16 months. She sometimes naps in it still (I could send you pics, it's too cute). A life saver b/c these babies love to be held and we mommies need these hands to do so much. Oh, I've goose bumps about your baby coming and I don't even know you!!!
