How do you sponsor 8-12 new prospects each month?

Residual income is what attracts most people to building a Network Marketing team. And the most common question I get, is how do you sponsor 8-12 people every month?
The answer is simple. Make friends without an agenda. Make friends to make friends, not to get into your business. Sure, my friends know what I do, in case they are interested or want to refer people to me.
But my business is not what my friendships are based upon. It’s the same for meeting people online or offline. Show a genuine interest. Find out their likes and dislikes. Get to know people without an agenda.
If someone shows an interest in my business then yes, I will proceed. Now, I have the permission to share a little more. I answer their questions and invite them to take a deeper look.
Think about this. If you had a friends that was making $8,000 per month, wouldn’t you want to know about it?
