How much I spend on groceries.

I was reading everyone's comments on how much they spend on

groceries, basically to figure out if I am spending too much. Well, I

have come to the conculusion that I am. I spend about nine hundred

dolllars a month on groceries. I shop at Trader Joes for everything and

I do it about four times a week. I thought by doing this I would save money--obviously not. Between gas and our food bill we spend about $1700.00 hundred dollars a month--crazy!

wow! I spend about 250.00 every 2 weeks for my family of 6. We eat pretty healthy also and have snacks. I also eat out with my kids about 3 times a month at 90.00 total. I don't feel so bad now looking at what you guys spend on food. Budgets are hard and we shop at walmart or the Military commisary

We spend about 1000 for a family of 3 and I feel it's too much. I love, love, love trader joes, but the problem is that there is so much great stuff in there, I never stick to the list!
