Funk

I really, really hate the fact that I now have to put up with other people's voices on "my" blog. Scrolling past Funny Mom's face to look at my post makes me just not feel like bothering. It doesn't feel like mine anymore--cause it's not. I thought I was over it, resigned to it. Apparently not. I mean, I'm happy to have Parenting Without A License, but I still feel like I've lost something.

iVillage will make friends with you, Nataly. They're mercenary that way. Plus, I keep plastering your link all over their mommyblog, so there's that, eh?

I know it sucks but at the risk of sounding all Oprah, maybe this is some kind of sign that you need to focus more on your own blog because your identity is all yours there! (Ok, now that I wrote this, ivillage will never make friends with Work It, Mom!)

Wasn't it YOU that said come what may, it will pass. I'm sure it's a temporary thing, Keep doing what you love and it will be exactly as you intended it in the end.

PWOL will fly like a bird and without the constraints that iVillage control you with life will be easier, I think you really need to find a template you love and everything will fall into place

Kimberly! so sorry you are down... it will get easier! Change is always difficult, even when it's welcome, and especially when it isnt what you hoped for... the positive is that even change changes!! in the meantime go find a pillow and scream :)
