I know many of you spend several hours each day doing a variety of tasks at your computer:

Working

Blogging

Writing

Reading

Shopping

Talking or Im’ng

Or, just plain browsing.

But enough is enough!

There are no more excuses.

You need to exercise!!

It’s that simple.

I don’t need to tell you that exercise helps you mentally and physically.

I don’t need to tell you that exercise is good for your heart.

I don’t need to tell you that exercise saves you money because it helps to prevent you from getting sick.

I don’t need to tell you that whatever kind of exercise you choose isn’t important, as long as you choose one. Hopefully one that you like.

So, it’s time to implement Newton’s Theory - Step Away from the Computer, because

After all, it’s about a healthy lifestyle!
