Fun and Productive Goal Setting
Each day, I go over my goals again and again. Here's an exercise for you that really makes your committment to your goals much stronger and well thought out: write them out. Start out with just a little sticky paper for each one. One each sticky, write a specific goal and a time frame you expect this to be accomplished. Be sure to be measurable, find some numbers to put in your goal - it helps to be as specific as possible. This is a lot of fun! This is the first step to reaching our goals.
