So the first step is done...  Making the decision to come home.  Now what?  How do I make it happen?  I didn't know exactly where to start, so I began researching.  I searched the internet and book stores, looking for something to tell me where to begin.

And I found two resources that were absolutely valuable.  The first was the book, "Women Leaving the Workplace" by Larry Burkett.  This book gives practical counsel on how to move from two incomes to one and survive. 

The other resource is the Wishing for Home  site.  This site walks you through the steps to affording to stay home and gives many resources.  It's also a place to hear and be heard.
