Great list! I'm a third time au pair mom and hosting our first au pair was one of the best decisions I've made for my family! Nikki was fantastic and she's been back to visit us, we email on a regular basis. Which agency do you use? I'm currently with AuPairCare but I always like to hear what other moms have to say about their agencies. Thanks!
