"It's crockpot Tuesday"
Dinner is in the crockpot- stuffed peppers for today, with side of mashed potatoes and salad. It's way too hot to spend much time in the kitchen and way, way, way too hot for the oven.
I love the crockpot lady- you can find her at- pot365.blogspot.com. She has great recipes and if something doesn't turn out like she thinks..she is very truthful and will tell you if it is good or bad.
I'm going to do my best to stay away from the stove as much as I can this summer. Does anyone have any easy summer recipes they would like to share? One of the simple ones we do enjoy is an open faced tomato on a bed of lettuce and topped with tuna. Really nice for a hot day, light ,easy and no cooking to it.
The crockpot lady has taught me to cook some really good things..I hope you check her out. Hope you have a great day...and one day soon have a crockpot day too.
