Nursery school or Kindergarten?

In Japan, we have two choices to enter our preschool chilren, a nursery school for working mothers or a kendergarten for staying-at-home mothers. Nowadays, the shortage of the number of nursery schools is a serious problem in spite of the declining birth rates. It is because a lot of mothers had to start working to earn their living expenses due to this economic crisis. So, to enter the nursery school, mothers have to be working. But as for me, I am just studying, not working so I can't enter my son there. But  what if I pass the test? It is also difficult to change from a kindergarten to a nursery school. What should I do? I am just thinking whether I start to work as a part-time teacher to enter him to a nursery school or hold to take a test after my second son,who is in me right now, go to an elementary school. The latter will make me less chances and get older and it scares me. But first of all, I should study hard!!!
