I am usually peaceful person. But last week, my mother-in-law gave me a trivial advice about my house, which made me irritated and kept on the situation. I thought over and over again and got angry about her. So to get over it, I read the book on psychology about irritating, whose title is "to get over the irritating habit."
To release the stress
1. Learn from babies - Release the stress of making mistakes
2. Take it slow - It's no good rushing things
3. Don't demand others too much - Going your way and doing by yourself
I tried thinking about her advice from her point of view and understood what she thought.
