The Truth of a Work at Home Mome

I had to learn to let certain things go or to delegate. I had to learn that I couldn't be all things to all people. I had to choose a better path. I had to learn how to run my business instead of my business running me. I had to learn, and I had to take it one step at a time.
The reward of all that learning is that now I have a new life. I now know when I am overworking myself. I take that break when I need it. I let something go, if I know I don't have time for it. I ask someone else to do it for me, if I feel overwhelmed. I still have busy days, but they are intertwined with relaxing days. I can now handle the busy moments because there are far less of them than before.
Tell me how you handle things. Are you too busy and overwhelmed, or have you mastered the art of balance?
