I left the doctors room with a script.  A three month's supply of Cilift 20mg.  His other instructions were to call the psychologist he recommended, and suggested that I take time out.  The first, according to him, is not negotiable.  We chatted about the second one a bit.  The thing is, after 8 years of marriage, almost 6 of them with children, has seen me let go of everything that I used to enjoy prior to meeting my husband, to get involved in his interests, and in so doing, forgot what it was like to be me, and what it was that I used to enjoy doing.

It's a long journey that I'm going to start now, but as with them all, they start with the first step.
