Working mom guilt: Do you feel it or have you let it go?

Just today i read an article which said, kids of working mothers are unhealthy eaters, i squirmed, i aawsed, called my sitter and aksed her to include additional vegetables in my kids meal. I over analysed most of very simple day to day things with my toddler.
I feel guilty at not being able to spend enjough time with her, not being to able to engage her enough, excite her, kiss her, cuddle her enough! You know the likes.
But at the same time, i am trying to let it go. She is getting older and is enjoying her toys more than sitting down with songs. She is enjoying practicing her words more than coloring her book. My day care arrangements work well, she is well rounded (i think) and generally mixes well with most other people.
The guilt comes and goes... but sadly it comes more often than it goes!
Its a choice our family has made.. and i am happy with it. It works for us..but not for my guilt
