What makes you relax?

We all have things that make our stressful days feel better...I love spending time with a loved one or chatting with friends. Since becoming a new mom, I don't have much time for myself. One thing I'd like to do to relax would be taking a long bubble bath! What do you like to do?

  • Whenever I'm feeling stressed a moderate paced walk or 20 minutes of yoga is my favorite thing to do. It feels like a moving mediation and I can just let my thoughts flow and not worry about anything.

    I also like to hula hoop. I bought a hoopnotica hoop recently and find that it's a great way to change your mood or your mindset very quickly.

  • Getting a foot spa! As soon I soak my feet in the bubbly water. I can totally feel my whole body tension just relax.
