Stuck in the mud

Do ever have that feeling that no matter what you do, you can't seem to move forward? Where you'll have a great idea or there is something you really want but taking a step forward to actually achieve it feels like you have to pry your foot free from the mud you are standing in? This is the feeling of being stagnant. So what is it that has us standing in this mud?
Remember when I told you about the Saboteur? That's the voice in your head that holds you back. Well, it is also the mud maker. While you are busy coming up with fabulous ways to make yourself happy, your saboteur is busy at your feet creating just the right consistency for the mud so that you can't take a step forward. Next thing you know, you try to pick up your foot and it won't move.
The question you probably have is how do you get rid of this saboteur? How do you get yourself unstuck from the mud?
Three Steps To Getting Unstuck:
1. Check in with your saboteur to find out exactly what it is saying to you. Write down the reasons is it giving you for not getting what you want.
2. Imagine that anything was possible and your saboteur was completely wrong. Now write down a list of what actions you would take from this perspective. (Notice the mud getting a little thinner?)
3. Commit to taking 3 action steps and share with a friend (or email me) with what you plan to do and when you plan to do it.
"The journey of a thousand miles begins with a step."
