“Exercise is definitely a good energizer. but, above all, I agree that figuring out priorities and letting some things slide is a must. and, understanding that those priorities will shift. there are times when i have to put my job first and my husband pulls a little more weight. other times, I counter-balance that and make a priority to leave on time and get home to spend time with the family. For me, I can't look at one day in a vacuum, but as long as OVER TIME, I'm feeling balanced, it helps me stay sane.” -- BrendaG
