What's your genre?

  The main character is a city, so that rules out chick lit. Themes include epidemic disease, urbanization, modernization, gender roles and cultural differences with a pinch of a love story. It is set in the present but also discusses tha last 200 years of a major capital city.

  I (finally) got into the NaNoWriMo site and had a look at genres. I would hope to write Literary F?ction, but it might devolve into Historical Fiction.
