Good Christmas novels to put you in a holiday mood

  When December rolls around, I love curling up on the couch in a blanket and reading a holiday/Christmas-themed novel. I always read A Christmas Carol by Dickens, and try to finish it on Christmas Eve or Christmas Day each year. As for other books, right now I'm reading Anne Perry's A Christmas Secret. I've never read a murder mystery before (ooh, I get spooked so easily by scary stuff!) but I'm really getting into it! I think I'll read her other Christmas books after this one.

  Skipping Christmas by John Grisham. Honestly, I laugh out loud every time I read it, even though I know what's coming.
