We also just recently moved from NYC -- to MA in our case -- and still miss it very much!

Hi ladies-I meant that I am new to the site. My husband and I have actually lived here for a few years.

He's from the Carolinas and the Northern VA area is a nice middle ground for us.

ha! well welcome anyway i am actually glad you have been around NoVa for a while... i am always looking for someone to help me find fun cool FREE things to do! i know we have a lot around here, but sometimes not all are appropriate for the little ones (my DS is 18 months) ...

always glad to have more locals! boston folks are organizing a meetup, maybe we can have a DC metro area one too!
