I like to exercise as much as I can. I have noticed that when I exercise I feel alot more energized and can actually keep up with my kids. At ages 5, 3 and 6 months, my kids require me to have alot of energy, so the more I can exercise, the better we'll all be. Since we have a family membership, we can all go together. The kids get 2 hours to have fun at the Kids Place and my husband and I can work out at ease, weights, cardio, pool, and sauna included! Not only do I work out for them, it's also important for me to feel good about myself, so exercise always helps and has many benefits for me.
