  • My latest usual breakfast is scrambled egg whites and english muffin with peanut butter or cream cheese. And tea or coffee. I tend to eat the same thing for a while, then find something else

  • I do the same thing, Nataly: lately it's oatmeal, plain or with a little butter. And an apple. Oh, and coffee. Lots of coffee. Sometimes I like to go macrobiotic and have leftover rice and veggies. But always coffee.

  • OK, I expect some of you to possilby gag, but here goes:

I make a protein shake with whey protein (non-flavored) 1 tablespoon of Omega fish oil (it' Nordic blah, blah Brand, so it tastes like lemon and you don't get freaky fish burps). I also add powdered calcium, viatmin D to absorb the calcium and a mix of Vitamin b"s to keep my hormones and other chems regulated. I know it's freaky, but I swear it makes me feel better. When I have it in the house, I throw some yogurt in there too.

  • I'm impressed! I tend to eat just cereal or a Luna bar during the week, then something a little more involved during the weekend. I have a hard time fitting in breakfast with all the other things I do in my morning routine (and admittedly, as I'm doing right this second by doing things on the computer, some of them are less relevant to me getting ready and leaving the house)- so breakfast tends to be a 'to go' experience.

  • I eat Post Shredded Wheat and Bran cereal with a little Splenda and sometimes a 1/2 banana on it. And Chai Tea. This cereal has 9 grams of fiber per serving, and really keeps me full until lunch.
