1lb Beef Steak
1 T cornstarch
1 T water
1 T vegetable oil
1 med. onion-cut into small pieces
1 8oz can of pineapple chunks in juice--undrained
1/4 c sugar
1/4 c white vinegar
1 T chicken bouillion granules
1 T soy sauce
1 med bell pepper-cut into small pieces
2 medium tomatoes--cut into wedges
hot cooked rice
Cut beef into 2 inch stips. Mix cornstarch and cold water. Heat skillet add oil, beef and onion. Cook till beef is brown. Add pineapple, sugar, vinegar, bouillion and soy sauce. Heat to boiling. Stir in Cornstarch mixture. cook and stir 1 min.
Stir in bell pepers and tomatoes, cook and stir for 1 min. Serve over rice
